Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is the practice of asanas, which are yoga positions, which are held for longer than in conventional yoga classes, often with the support of props, so the person can relax completely while keeping the same pose. It is a gentle form of Yoga; a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body.
Purpose of Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga emphasizes stillness and comfort, aiming to bring relaxation and calm to both the body and mind. It also improves flexibility, balance, and strength. One of the purposes of Restorative Yoga is to find balance in your body. When you're in balance, you're much more aware of your needs and potential
Use of Props in Restorative Yoga
The use of props is to support the positions in Restorative Yoga. With the support of props, the body can gently deepen stretches and increase flexibility without straining muscles. They also reduce discomfort. Props can alleviate physical discomfort, such as lower back pain or hip tightness, making restorative yoga accessible to a wider range of individuals

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, & lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body - the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility
Yoga Nidra
Yoga nidra or psychic sleep in modern usage is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation. The name 'yoga nidra' derives from two Sanskrit words: 'yoga,' which means union, and 'nidra,' which means sleep. It reduces anxiety and stress
