How does it work?
It all starts with you; you contacting me to explore together your needs, your desires and your goals. We then discuss where you are currently with yourself, and where you would like to be. It can be in a group class conducted entirely in English or in a private yoga program.
In this first approach we explore all of this and together, you with your needs and me with my knowledge, agree on a specific program using Yoga as our main tool to achieve your goals.
Private yoga sessions: Each person is different, so each private yoga program is unique. You are unique. In Clear cut Yoga I speak about programs; based on your needs we design a program that is goal-oriented to you as an individual: Yoga therapy is a mind-body practice that focuses on your physical, emotional and mental health. The practice uses movement, mindfulness, meditation, relaxation and breathing exercises to help you relax, relieve stress and manage underlying conditions or symptoms, whether they are physical, emotional or mental.
We, You and I, think, plan and execute together our agreed goal-oriented program. My comprehensive services can help you thrive both mentally and physically.
