Chair Yoga
Chair yoga are traditional yoga positions performed while sitting in or using a chair. It may help people with certain health conditions, such as arthritis, mobility issues or injuries, to exercise without putting pressure on joints. It may also reduce the fear of falling, and help people who are not used to exercise to begin improving their strength and balance
Yoga with props
Props in yoga help cultivate greater flexibility, strength and balance over time, allowing students to go deeper into poses. By using props, a student can stay in a pose for longer, allowing the body to gradually release tension and open up




Yoga Nidra
Yoga nidra is a physiological state of rest for the body, mind, sense and motor organs. It is also known as yogic sleep as it is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation - 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra can feel like the equivalent of three or four hours of sleep
Pranayama
Prana is life energy and yama is the observance as a yogic principle. Pranayama refers to breathing exercises which clear the physical and emotional obstacles in our body, promoting relaxation and mindfulness. It may also support multiple aspects of physical health, including lung function, blood pressure, and brain function
